When do tours depart?

We operate Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening departures at 10:30pm from Sydney Central Station (Western Forecourt).

How long is the tour?

The complete tour is approximately 24 hours, departing Sydney at 10:30pm and returning around 10pm the following day.

What's included in the tour price?

Your tour includes return coach transport, National Park admission fees, and discounts on ski hire and equipment rentals.

What do I need to pay extra for?

You'll need to cover your own meals, lift passes, snow lessons, and equipment hire fees. Personal consumptions are also at your own expense.

How much free time do I get at Perisher?

You'll have 7 hours of free time to ski, snowboard, or explore Perisher village before we depart at 3pm.

Can I cancel my booking?

All bookings are non-refundable, however you can reschedule up to 24 hours prior to departure subject to tour availability.

What happens if I'm late or don't show up?

No refunds or credits are issued for late arrivals or no-shows. If you're running late, contact your tour guide directly via the mobile number provided.

What if the tour is cancelled due to weather?

You'll receive a full refund if we need to cancel due to dangerous weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Is the tour suitable for everyone?

The tour is not suitable for pregnant women, people with back problems, or those requiring wheelchair/stroller access.

Can I sleep on the coach?

Yes! Our modern coaches feature reclining seats designed for comfortable overnight travel, allowing you to rest before hitting the slopes.

Yes, families and friends should book together in one transaction. Separate bookings may result in your group being placed on different coaches.
